Seasoned hands-on business technology executive with deep experience in Commodities. Experienced in the complete lifecycle of trading - Pre trade research, Execution (screen plus OTC), Deal capture, Risk management, Operations and, Accounting.
Prior experience includes 15+ years senior leadership roles in tier-1 hedge funds viz. CIO of Saracen Energy Advisors, MD of Citadel Investment Group & world’s largest institutional broker of commodities OTC Global Holdings as CIO, managing all aspects of technology including building and supporting Trading & Risk management systems for various asset classes including Commodities, Equities, Fixed Income and Credit derivatives.
Responsible for design, development and maintenance of the flagship EOXLive hybrid electronic voice broking platform. EOXLive provides seamless execution, clearing, and back-office functionality for voice brokers.
Technology experience spans across enterprise architecture, middleware, databases, Java/C++ programming languages, Windows/Linux and, Cloud computing/AWS.
Was heading Market Data Business responsible for the Development, Marketing and, Sales of forward and volatility curves for global commodities. The forward curves products include international and domestic crude oil, international and domestic natural gas liquids (NGL), international and domestic refined products, North American fixed/basis natural gas, and North American power.
